Ordinary is always welcome in my gardens! I love it when the daffy and other fun bulbs show their sweet yellow faces in spring. I cannot get enough of them and only wish they would hang around for a longer period of time. Happy Spring!
I just looked at an older Martha Stewart magazine that had an article on daffodils. I found the name of the ones that I have, then promptly forgot their name. Ours grow and bloom in late January, so they are really winter flowers for us down here.
Any blooms are better than no blooms. Sometimes ordinary is the best.
