  1. After several days away, I was eager to get home to see if the roses were blooming! What a delight to see perfect, fragrant blooms covering the bushes. It was/is impossible to capture their true beauty with my cell phone camera...

Everything in the flower beds had grown considerably. There is trimming and mowing to do tomorrow!

  2. Dear friend, the flowers are quite lovely!

I saw your Astilbe, isn't it gorgeous? To think that this plant thrives without direct sun...absolutely amazing!

  3. I'm happy to have a couple of red bloomers and at least one white (astilbe). And, yes, I think they're gorgeous!

  4. Rebecca,
Your flowers and plants are looking great, I love perennials, until about ten years ago I was not very familiar with them, but I would go with my dh to our state farmers market to make deliveries and became friends with the vendors there who taught me so much about perennials, herbs and annuals. Roses are my all time favorite flower, I hope you enjoy yours this year, and if you have any growing advice please share.Thank you for sharing. I am glad that you had a great time this week-end.
    Blessings,
    Sue
