sedum sweet sedum

Hardly a spot in our yard is without their presence.
 Growing daintily or
 with wild abandon,
 sedums' pinks will soon mature
 into color suitable for autumn.
Every fall I tell myself, "You MUST remember to divide them in the spring."
 Every spring, I forget.
They really DO appear to have taken over...

  1. They are so beautiful though! You can always divide next year, I love how it looks even when not in bloom. I used to have a lot of them when I lived in Ohio.

  4. WOW! Is all I can say! Stunning. Such a good thing to do massing them all. This is how sedum should be grown and they look great at your place! How long did it take you to get it like this? Dividing right?

    1. They really DO grow well here. And I guess it's been more years than I realize - some maybe 5-8. But yes, I divide and divide like crazy. I'm running out of flower beds!

  5. Your sedum looks great! So nice that they bloom at the end of summer giving us something to look forward to. Plus they have nice foliage even when they're not blooming.
