I call them wild strawberries...they grow as ground cover for me on the west side of the house. Perky blossoms are turning into small berries to the delight of many birds that call our property their home.
Hi Rebecca, I love trying to guess your plants, and this one I got right, because I have these same wild berries growing in some of my beds, wouldn't it be nice if all our plants would flourish like they do. lol. Thank you for sharing. Have a most blessed weekend, Sue
Thank you for visiting my blog! You have so many pretty flowers in bloom. I love clematis and it's nice to see how many you have in bloom already! I've just had one clematis flower bloom so far and am looking forward to more.
Thank you for visiting my blog. I absolutely love, love, love this blog. The beautiful pictures, the peaceful music, the simplicity and peacefulness of it all. Thank you. We seem to be two kindred spirits, joined through God and garden!

ReplyDeleteBirds like those berries. I wonder if they are edible to us human.
ReplyDeleteI've been told NOT to eat them. I confess to having bit into one once. It was very bitter. I didn't swallow :)
